Garrett joined Lisa Westcott and The W Group to “learn from the best” in 2016, and that’s exactly what he’s done. Now fluent in market analysis and tactical negotiating, Garrett measures his success in his clients’ satisfaction, always striving to get them the best price possible for their homes.
 
Garrett knows the importance of having a home that feels like a sanctuary and loves helping clients find their slice of heaven in Arizona. With a bachelor’s degree in art from Capital University, he also has an eye for aesthetics and a keen ability to match clients with their ideal style. With the desire to always provide the highest level of service to his clients, Garrett obtained his broker’s license and expanded his client services to include leasing and acquisition of commercial property.
 
Originally from Ohio, Garrett has lived in the Valley for more than 15 years, servicing the greater Phoenix area with a focus on North Scottsdale’s more exclusive neighborhoods.
 
When he’s not working, Garrett can be found in the wilderness of Arizona, hiking, camping, fishing and hunting. More than anything, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, Olivia, and his two dogs, Miyumbi and Ruby.
